Since then, we have expanded to offer full-service management support to both public and private sector organizations. In addition to our integrated cloud-based platform, HRLive, we also offer our services on a project-only basis.

Matthew Savino
Managing Partner
Matthew founded the business and has over 20 years of progressive business and human resources experience as a Director and Vice-President of Human Resources.
He holds degrees in Economics and Law as well as certificates in Dispute Resolution & Mediation. Matthew is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and is recognized as a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE). He is also a published author in the field of performance development and has been featured in the Globe and Mail, Financial Post, and HR Professional Magazine.
In addition to Matthew, our clients are supported by a growing team of full-time HR professionals that includes Certified Human Resources Professionals, as well as an outstanding group of administrative and project management staff.
