Right to Disconnect Policy – June 2nd Deadline
We’ve made additional changes to this policy as we continue to discover exceptions to its application which further supports our view that this legislation (which just happens to coincide with Election Day) will have negligible impact in most workplaces. If you have fewer than 25 employees, compliance is not required. For clients with more than 25 staff: We are recommending “keeping it simple” and not compelling yourself to follow additional restrictions that are not required based on a careful interpretation of the regulations.
